Comments:
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 5/30/2024 to investigate an allegation received by the department related to Staffing and Supervision. Based on evidence gathered through observations and interviews, the complaint was determined to be Not Valid. There was, however, a violation issued as a result of the inspection. (Repeat Violation) Based on observation, interview, and a review of the written attendance record, the facility did not maintain an accurate written record of daily attendance, for each group of children, that documents the arrival and departure of each child as it occurs. Evidence: there was no attendance record for the preschool children playing outside on the playground. Staff stated that the iPad was inside.
