A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 09/03/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 10am-
11:40am. There were 3 children (10 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children?s records, 1 caregiver's record and 2 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed napping and engaged with the provider. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
