Discussion of licensing issues; the Provider was encouraged to continue to have her, her staff, and children older than 3 years of age to wear a mask while attending child care.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 07/29/2021. The Provider was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 4 children present, ranging from preschool-age to school-age (7 points), with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records, 2 staff records, and 3 household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
