An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:10 am through 11:55 am. There were 36 children in direct care and supervision of 9 staff members. The infants were observed sleeping, listening to a story and getting fed. The older children were observed playing with puzzles, memory games, reading and completing a family tree project. 7 staff records and 5 children's records were reviewed. Emergency drill records, accident reports and medications were reviewed. The lunch menu served by the center included quiche, peas, bananas, bread and milk.
