Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was started on May 8, 2024 from 11:30 AM -12:35 PM and concluded on May 9, 2024. At the time of entrance, 7 children (age range 11 months to age 5) totaling 16 points were in care with 1 provider. The sample size consisted of 5 children's records, 1 household member record and 1 provider record. Children were observed freely playing, preparing for and having lunch.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program
