Comments:
An in-person mandated renewal inspection inspection was conducted on October 26, 2022. There were 4 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed playing freely with each other and various toys. A total of 2 child records, 1 staff record, 1 household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, temperature inside the refrigerator was not maintain at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Evidence: The thermometer that was in the refrigerator read 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

I will make sure the fridge gets cooler.
