Comments:
An in-person mandated complaint inspection was conducted on February 8, 2023 from 3:00pm until 4:00pm. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding supervision and policy and procedures. However, the complaint was deemed valid with regard to policies and procedures.
There were 3 children present with 1 staff supervising. The children were observed napping and waking up from nap. Provider was observed getting down on their level. The entire home was inspected. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 1 staff record and 2 household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
