A renewal inspection was conducted on 8/01/2022. 5 children (17pts) were in attendance with 2 Caregivers. The physical space, children?s records, Provider/household member documents, posted documents, evacuation drills, attendance records and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed interacting with the caregivers and preparing for rest time. Infant bottles were labeled, cribs and cots were inspected and age appropriate materials were available for the children. The caregivers exceeded requirements for annual trainings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
