Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was offered regarding children's health forms; and fingerprints for a household member soon to be 18 years of age.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:45 am to 12:10 pm. There were 5 children (14 points) in care of 1 caregiver. The children were observed playing with a variety of toys, singing songs and cleaning up in preparation of lunch. 3 children's records, 2 caregiver records and 3 household member records were reviewed. There were no medications on site. A walk through of the family day home and outdoor play area was conducted. Areas of non compliance are listed in the violation notice. Based on record review, the family day home did not practice emergency evacuation drills monthly. Evidence: The emergency drill log did not have documentation of an emergency evacuation drill for May 2019.

Drills will be done and recorded on the log.
