There were five children in care with three staff including one administrator. children in care ranged in age from 15 months through 4 years old. During the inspection the following code regulations were reviewed but not limited to ratios, health reports were checked for staff, first aid training, hand washing. A single violation regarding lack of carbon dioxide detector was found and cited on the violation notice. Violations: Standard #: 22.1-289.058 Description: Based on interview the center is failed to ensure that the center is equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector.
