The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on September 26, 2019 in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on September 3, 2019 regarding the center?s administration. The investigation was initiated on September 26, 2019 and completed on October 18, 2019. On 9/26/2019, the licensing inspector was on site from 2:30pm to approximately 2:50pm. Interviews with staff were completed and observations were made in the center. On 10/08/2019, the licensing inspector conducted an additional interview. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
