Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 8/9/2021 and concluded on 8/10/2021. The Director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 19 children present with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the licensee did not maintain public liability insurance for bodily injury with a minimum limit of at least $500,000 each occurrence and with a minimum limit of $500,000 aggregate. Evidence: The liability insurance documentation provided did not contain limited liability insurance for bodily injuries or aggregate.

Description:
Based on documentation, the center does not follow the most recent, age-appropriate nutritional requirements of a recognized authority such as the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Evidence: The monthly meal menu posted at the facility does not reflect that a fruit is served daily with lunch. The USDA recommends that a full serving of a fruit and vegetable be served for lunch.
