This complaint inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
A complaint regarding a staff using a forbidden action was investigated.
After reviewing all the available facts, the inspector did not have a preponderance of evidence which makes this complaint unfounded. The ongoing compliance with the standards is the responsibility of the licensee.
