An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 7/19/19. There were eight children in care with the provider and assistant supervising. The point total was 16. Five children?s records were reviewed. There were no medications being administered.
The inspector arrived at the provider's home at 11:15 am and departed at 2:00 pm. The children were observed during free play time inside, during lunch, during outside time, and during story time.
