Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:15am-12:45pm. There were 11 children (39 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, being bottle fed, listening to a story being read to them, singing, and eating lunch. Diapering procedures were also observed. Today's lunch consisted of chicken, carrots, peas, rice and apples. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.
