The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the Provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. Discussion also included an update of changes in household and recently obtained TB documentation for Staff #1 and Household Member #1.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 05/05/2021. The Provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were (3) children present, a total of (10) points, with (1) caregiver. The inspector emailed the Provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (2) children?s records, (1) caregiver's record, and (1) household member's record submitted by the family day home (FDH) to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were cited.
