Discussion of the new requirement of carbon monoxide detectors.
The Family Day Home (FDH) has not yet fully complied with this requirement. The Provider stated that this device will be installed. The FDH will work with their Licensing Inspector to ensure future compliance.

A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 11/12/2021. The Provider was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 2 children present, ranging from infant to preschool age, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records, 3 household records, and 1 staff record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
