An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 9/20/19 from 10:45am until 11:30am. At the time of entrance, there were 4 children in care plus 1 household child, for a total of 11 points, with the provider. A sample of 4 children's records and 2 provider/household member records were reviewed. Children were observed engaging in free play with age-appropriate toys, participating in music time and eating lunch. Restroom, hand washing and lunch service procedures were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and required family day home postings were reviewed. The provider stated there are currently no children in care being administered medication and there have been no injuries to children since the last inspection. No violations were identified during today's inspection.
