This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/6/2021 and concluded on 12/6/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 3 children (9 points) present, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 caregiver background check records were reviewed. The assistant was observed playing with the children on the floor. The house and 3 cribs were inspected. Discussed with the provider that she has applied for the most recent grant.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
