This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on April 8, 2021 and concluded on April 8, 2021. The Provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection and a virtual inspection started at 2 pm. There were 2 children present with the Provider for a total of 4 points. The Inspector emailed the Provider a list of items required to conduct the inspection and the Provider was ready for the inspection. The Inspector reviewed a new child?s record and the Provider's records submitted by the facility via virtual inspection to ensure documentation was complete. The Provider's CPR, First Aid, and MAT are current. The Health Screening of the Provider and household members are also current.
