A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/18/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection took place between the hours of approximately 1:55 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. There were 3 children present with the Provider for a total of 8 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping and reading a book. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
