An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:05 am through 10:00 am. There were a total of 5 children (12 points) observed with 1 caregiver. A total of 4 children's files and 2 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: breakfast and coloring winter animals.
