Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 122024, from 10:05am-11:00am. At the time of entrance, ( 4 ) children (10 ) points were in care with ( 1 ) caregiver present. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records. Children were observed building, caregiver changing a diaper and handwashing. No medications were on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.

Based on a review of children records, the provider has not had the parents annually review the emergency contact information for any changes. Evidence: The following records have not been updated annually; Child #1 last review 9/11/2019 Child #2 last review 9/2/2021 Child #3 last review 1/31/2022
