Based on a record review and interview, the provider did not ensure the orientation training was completed within seven days of the date of employment for the assistant caregiver. Evidence: The record for Caregiver #2 (estimated start date 10/15/2019) did not contain documentation of a completed orientation training. The provider reported some, but not all, of the required orientation training items had been completed.
Plan of Correction:
The provider will ensure the orientation is completed and documented in the caregiver's record.
