Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not ensure that each staff complete annually the Virginia Annual Health and Safety Update Course sponsored by the Department as required.
Evidence: 1. The record of caregiver #1 contained documentation of the Virginia Annual Health and Safety Update dated 7/11/2021. The record of caregiver #2 contained documentation of the Virginia Annual Health and Safety Update dated 8/31/2021. 2. The vendor acknowledged that the training update was not completed annually.
Plan of Correction:
we will make sure all training will be up to date with Virginia annual health training yearly
