An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on December 4, 2023 in response to a concern regarding rest time. Interviews with caregivers were completed and observations were made in the home.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
