Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/1/2024 from 9:45 am to 10:20 am. There were 3 children supervised by 1 direct caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver's record, 2 Household Member Records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website.
