An announced monitoring inspection was conducted today, August 12, 2019 to determine the family day home's compliance with Voluntary Registration requirements. The inspection was initiated at 12:40pm and concluded at approximately 2:30pm. All voluntary registration requirements were reviewed during this inspection along with the required background checks. One infant child was present during this inspection interacting with the provider. No violations were found during this inspection.
