Comments:
An unannounced 60 day monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:15pm-1:10pm. There were 3 children (8 points) directly supervised by two staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating lunch and transitioning into nap time. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, evacuation drills were incomplete.
Evidence:
Emergency drills were not documented for the months of June and July 2019.
