An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-11:20am. There were 9 children (23 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing outside in the backyard and returning from a walk. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
