8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/11/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurred. Evidence: Attendance sheet did not document arrival and departure.
Plan of Correction:
The vendor will ensure arrival and departure will be documented for each child in care as it occurs.
