This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An unannounced compliance inspection was conducted based upon the facility?s intensive plan of correction. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The director emailed the inspector documents pertaining to the facility's intensive plan of correction and a virtual, remote inspection was conducted with the director. Documentation was reviewed. The app "KidsReport" was reviewed via video conferencing. Procedures have been implemented to support the intensive plan of correction.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
