Discussed requirements for subsidy and the leniency documents due to COVID-19.
Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 12/3/2020 and concluded on 12/11/2020. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection process. A virtual inspection was initiated at 11:45 a.m. with the director. There were four children present and three staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
Based on review of documentation, it was determined that the facility did not provide documentation of a sworn statement. Evidence: No sworn statment was provided for Staff #5.
