A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 8/11/2022. There were no children registered at this time, this center is used for schools out programs. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:00am and departed the center at 9:45am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
