A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 03/26/2024 from approximately 12:30 p.m. ? 5:15 p.m. There were 49 children present and 10 staff supervising. Five child records, five staff records, and four board officers background were reviewed. A renewal inspection was also conducted. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards or laws. Based on staff record review, the provider failed to ensure that staff received certification in first aid and CPR within 90 days of their employment. Evidence: The record for S1, employed 10/10/2023 did not contain documentation of first aid or CPR training. The record for S5, employed 03/14/2022 did not contain documentation of first aid or CPR training within 90 days of employment. The training was completed 08/28/2023.
