Comments:
A non-mandated complaint inspection regarding ratio and meal times was conducted on January 26, 2024 from 11:20am-12:25pm. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegations regarding ratio and meal times therefore the complaint was deemed not valid. There were 46 children in care with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, programming, and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the center did not maintain a written record of daily attendance that captures the arrival and departure of each child in case as it occurs.
Evidence: In preprimary 1, there were 5 children listed on the attendance sheet and 4 children present in the classroom. In primary 1, there were 14 children listed on the attendance sheet and there are 15 children present. In primary 2, there were 15 children listed on the attendance sheet and 16 children present.
