An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:00 am - 12:45 pm with the director. There were five children, ranging from two months to three years of age, supervised by three staff. The older children were observed having free play and the infants were observed napping and being held by teachers. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Two medications and their authorization forms were reviewed and in compliance. Staff have current certification in first aid/CPR, Medication Administration Training (MAT) and Daily Health Observation (DHO.) The last emergency escape drill was conducted on 11/21/19.
