Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:40 am-12:10pm. There were 42 children directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, coloring, math stamping, making paper air planes playing outside and eating snack. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a n ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Based upon observation, equipment was not maintained in operable condition. Evidence: 1 tricycle on the playground did not have a pedal.
