Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted today from 11:20am-1:15pm. There were no children in care at the time. The home, 1 staff record, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on observation, the provider does not have a working battery-operated weather band radio.
Evidence: The radio presented was not a weather band radio.
