This inspection was conducted by licensing staff both on-site and using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 3/3/22 and concluded on 3/7/22. The center director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection and an on-site inspection was conducted on 3/7/22 from 10:45am until 12:15pm. At the time of the on-site inspection, there were 39 children in care with 9 staff present. A sample of 3 children's records and 3 staff/board member records were reviewed. Children were observed engaging in learning activities, eating lunch and playing on the playground. First aid and emergency supplies, medication, documentation of emergency practice drills, children's injury reports, the emergency preparedness plan and required center postings were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
