An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/12/19 from 11:10am until 12:30pm. At the time of the tour, there were 33 preschool age children in care with 7 staff present. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed playing outside, eating lunch and transitioning to nap time. Hand washing and restroom procedures were also observed. There are no medications being administered to children in care at this time. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills, children's injury reports and center postings were reviewed. No violations were cited during today's inspection.
