An unannounced monitoring visit, facility tour, and self reported incident investigation regarding supervision was conducted on 10/11/2023. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 10 preschool aged children in care with 3 staff members and 2 administrators. Children were observed interacting with staff, nap, lunch and hand washing. A sample of 5 children's records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Injury reports and medications were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
