Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted for the facility coming off a Conditional license. All rooms were in ratio with direct care staff. Observed children transitioning to the playground areas, circle time, snack, art project and free play. Reviewed a new hire staff record, 4 children's records, emergency drills, physical space and care of children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
