The inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection from 10:15 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Interviews were held with staff, and records reviewed. Based on the evidence gathered, there was a preponderance of evidence to substantiate the complaint concerning ratios and a violation notice was given. Based on interview, the center did not maintain ratios. Evidence: 1. The inspector interviewed staff #1 and #2. Staff verified that the infant class was out of ratio some mornings.
Plan of Correction:
Director stated they were in the process of changing the schedule and hiring staff so that ratios would be maintained at all times.
