Comments:
01/06/2020 The inspector conducted an announced mandated renewal inspection from 10:00 am until 12:15. Seventy-two children are in care with staff supervising at all times; a cook and two administrators were also present. The children were playing outdoors, working in centers, making a craft, during a diaper change, eating lunch and resting. Seven children's records and eight staff records were reviewed. Violations are identified on the violation notice. Please contact your inspector at (276) 698-9981 with any questions.
Based on record review, the center did not staff qualifications documented. Evidence: 1. The inspector reviewed eight staff records. Two of eight records did not contain documented qualifications. Staff #2 and staff #8 did not have documented staff qualifications.
Plan of Correction:
The director stated that the required documentation will be put in the file.
