Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on September 13, 2022, from 11:45 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 30 children in the care of 7 staff. Four children and six staff records were reviewed and update. No violations were found during this inspection.
