A complaint investigation was conducted with the center on 5/1/2024. The complaint consisted of allegations received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding diapering, preventing the spread of disease/illness, and physical plant. Interviews were conducted, documentation was reviewed, and observations were made in each area of the center. The allegations contained in the complaint were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence and no violations were cited.
