8/12/19 - Meeting held with representatives of agency to discuss program directors and other issues inherent to facility.
8/13/19 - Initial inspection held at facility. Area to be used by children was measured and inspected. Outdoor areas were also reviewed. A conditional license will be recommended with the dates of 9/3/19 through 3/2/20 for 75 children ages 4 years, 11 months through 12 years. During the conditional period, inspections will be made to verify compliance with the standards. There will be a stipulation placed on the license stating "This program operates before and after school primarily in the cafeteria when school is in session."
