An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on June 12, 2023 and concluded June 14, 2023. This monitoring inspection was a follow up to the Intensive Plan of Correction previously developed by the center. There were 13 children present ages five to 11 years-old with four staff including one administrator. Children and staff records were reviewed. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including snack, transitions, restroom room routines and table top activities. Emergency equipment, evacuation drill documentations, required postings and insurance documentation were reviewed. The center reports that there is not any medication in the center at the time of this inspection. The program manager provided requested documentation after the onsite inspection. There were not any violations observed during the inspection.
