Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/11/2024 from 4:15pm to 6:15pm. There were 16 children in care and 2 staff members. Children were observed participating in free choice activities. Records were reviewed for five children and three staff members. Evacuation drills, emergency supplies and other required records and postings were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice and discussed during the exit interview.
Based on observation and interviews, it was determined that the facility did not ensure documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. 1.The most recent Inspection Summary dated 1/26/2024 was not posted.
